KUALA LUMPUR, Popular South East Asian e-commerce platform Lazada has introduced new return and refund policies to enable customers to enjoy a more flexible and worry-free shopping experience.
Lazada said in a statement today that customers can enjoy several major benefits, including a 30-day simple return policy for all purchases in LazMall and Choice and the ‘Change of Mind’ policy for a wider range of products and categories on all Lazada platforms.
Customers will also benefit from faster refunds as soon as their orders are returned to Lazada’s logistic partners via drop-off or pick-up.
‘With a streamlined process, Lazada is able to reduce waiting time to ensure customers receive their refunds without delay. In certain cases, refunds will be made immediately after customers begin the return process,’ Lazada said.
